Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days upon receipt. Please note, orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at 12 PM EST through Sunday, or on holidays.

In times of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. If there’s a significant delay in your shipment, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to U.S. addresses, including U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email along with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AuthorMariaBarnett.com is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. Any additional fees incurred during shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental United States.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Delivery

We validate shipping addresses provided at checkout. If an address cannot be validated, we will attempt to contact the customer. If the address remains invalid, the order will be canceled and refunded.

We are not responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and the package cannot be recovered.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If your shipment is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Law enforcement may be involved. A replacement or refund will be provided after the investigation, which may take up to 21 days.

Returns Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The returned items must be in their original condition—shrink-wrapped or sealed products must remain unopened. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
